Hi,
I've setup a customer profile segment, defined the audience in CI-J for which email field to use. But when I activate the journey, nothing gets sent in the email. No errors shown in the email action either. Anyone know what could be the issue?

But in the CI-J, they enter the journey but nothing gets sent
And in the email action, no errors..just nothing is sent or shown.
Any help would be appreciated.
