We want to use remote assist, but are not allowed to use the Microsoft provided Remote Assist and have the traffic leave our network for security reasons. How could I use remote assist without leaving our network?
To get a better understanding of the issue, can you please clarify - is your company on a private cloud and public cloud Azure access for AAD and Teams is blocked, or is the issue more specific to something else?
This is not currently possible as a Microsoft Teams license is required for individuals who communicate with a Remote Assist user on HoloLens and an Azure Active Directory (Azure AD) account is required for users when signing in to the Remote Assist app.
