I have worked on Integration using Enhanced Ports that contained Document and Custom Services. AX 2012 R2 version was used for the same.
I wanted to know if any features related to Services, Service Groups, Integration ports, etc have been added or deprecated in AX 2013 R3 version.

There were no changes in AIF since R2, you can check this technet article technet.microsoft.com/.../dn527243.aspx , it describes all changes since AX 2009
Nothing was changed from a framework point of view.
