I hope these old posts help you
Did you get this issue fixed in the meantime?
How did you access EP from external network? I mean what's the URL you used. Please confirm if you have added the url into the AAM list of EP web application. If not, you will meet such kind of issue. If this issue is still there, you can check the logic via ILSpy further to check the URL using to access EP.
Thanks Hossein Karimi ,
Yes, I Got the solution.
That was the issue with AAM but strangely the issue resolved by creating site COllection without any file dictionary (Without /Sites/DynamicsAx). After AAM setting it was throwing 404 Not Found Issue but when i created a collection directly with Ip Address it was able to access it rom External Network Also.
Thanks for your Help.
