Wondering if it's possible to filter any reports or views by WHEN a line changes its status, for example from when it goes from 'Open order' to 'Delivered' to 'Invoiced'? It would be helpful to know what has changed status in any given timeframe, and our current method of filtering by a requested ship date is dirtying our data as ofttimes we have lines that invoice outside of a queried 'requested ship date' date range. Anyone else have experience with this and/or if it's possible?
You can track such changes using the database log functionality. You can develop a query that joins the database log data with the orders, and create a report on top of that query.
Or maybe you can even join the database log to the existing report query without development.
