Is there any way to restore SourceDocumentLine records?
I have some records in PurchLine table referencing unexisting records in SourceDocumentLine table, so users cannot create the corresponding invoices.
I cannot remove these records from the purch order because the products are already received. I tried to cancel the purch order but an error appears due to the missing SourceDocumentLine records.
How can I fix this problem?
You might need to try writing a job and try to create new entries associates with punchline in SourceDocumentLine table and then try to process invoices. Try it first in the test system . Do you know the cause why corresponding entries got deleted ? is there any customization around that area ?
Thank you for your response.
I tried to restore the record manually in the test environment and it works correctly. Hope it works on production as well.
I don't know why SourceDocumentLine records were deleted. There are some customizations but they were made by our partner.
