Can I join these two tables? VedPackingSlipTrans and WMSJOURNALTRANS
Can you explain what you want to achieve and why you think you need to join these tables?
As long as you can make sure that the two tables have the same data column, you can join them.I didn't check the data, I just looked at the field name.
Of course, that's not the point. The point is, as Andre asked, what's your logic about join them and what's your goal?Maybe you have other questions. Please share with us.
You can't join these tables as there is no uniqueness guaranteed. Here are these two work:
1. WMSJournalTrans records data via item arrival. E.g. you posted 5 quantities
2. Post product receipt, Packing slip posted for 5.
3. Go back to PO, do registration for another 10 quantities.
4. Go back to your item arrival journal, and you will be able to post product receipt again for 5 quantities. This is possible because there is no exact relation maintained b/w VendPackingSlipTrans & WMSJournalTrans. This is one of those tricky areas.
if you are trying to see if packing slip is posted or not, you have to add field on WMSJournalTable and track it that way. Hope I got your scenario right.
Yeeees, this my scenario.
I wanna put the ORDERED field in the report WMSJournalTransReport
