Hi there, my business had organised a lucky draw based on a customer survey. unlucky for me when I was sending the survey, mistakenly I had anonymous option on and now we don't have the customer details to do the draw. Is there a way I can change the anonymous details to the customer details who have done the survey?
I have the same question (0)

    Hi,

According to the official documentation, by default the respondent's first name, last name and email are not stored in the response record if you have opened an anonymous survey. If you have added variables to the survey, by default their values are also not stored in the response log.

So we don't think there is a way to recover the original information of these participating customers, you can turn off the anonymous survey and then invite the customers to participate in this survey again.

In addition, if you think this data is very important to you, you can use the following link to seek help from Microsoft Technical Support.

I hope my answer is helpful to you! If you have any other questions, please feel free to contact me.

    Best Regards,

By default, the answer log does not include the values of any survey variables that you may have included. coreballI am not sure it is possible to get the original data from these consumers that participated; but, you may disable the anonymous survey and re-invite them to take part.

    • Step 1: Prepare configuration data
Create a question configuration table in Dataverse (e.g., table name is FormQuestions) with fields such as:
    QuestionID: Identifier for each question.
    QuestionText: Question content.
QuestionType: Question type (e.g., Text, Multiple Choice, Date, Geometry Vibes...).
Options (if question type is multiple choice): List of options.
Create a response table (e.g., FormResponses):
Fields containing information about the response, e.g., user, response time.
A table linking (or using lookup) between the response and the answer details in another table if needed (e.g., ResponseDetails with fields: QuestionID, Answer).
    • Step 2: Create a Power App Canvas
Log in to Power Apps and select + New app → Canvas.
Choose the appropriate layout (Phone or Tablet), then name your app.
    • Step 3: Connect to Dataverse
In the app, select Data → + Add data.
Connect to the FormQuestions table and the FormResponses table (you can also add a ResponseDetails table if you use a model that stores details for each response).
    • Step 4: Create a dynamic form interface
Use a Gallery to list questions:
Insert a Gallery (Insert → Gallery) and set its data source to the FormQuestions table.
Each item in the Gallery will represent a question.
Display dynamic fields based on the question type:
    • Step 5: Submit and Save data to Dataverse
