Hello,
 
Is there anything out there currently that would allow me to see capacity trends over the past year. I know Power Platform has the generic stuff for past 30 days, but I am looking for more than that.  Please let me know, thank you.

    Not out of the box, unfortunately (We are affected by it also).
    This guy wrote a solution for it, based on CoE Starter Kit. It's fairly old, but it should do the trick: https://community.dynamics.com/blogs/post/?postid=74f2774b-5e08-42db-b850-1e4e0a22340d

    In fact we have a DEV, TEST and PROD instance, since we customize it to how we operate.
