Does Business Rules work when a record is being created from an external web application?

Hi,

When you try to create a pragmatic rule, according to the official documentation you can select /Scope/, when you select /Entity/, the records you create in MDA will be bound by this rule.

No, Business Rules are client-side logic that runs inside the D365 form, not on the server.
