Microsoft frequently updates and expands its language support for various products and services. To check the current status and availability of Filipino (PH) localization, I recommend visiting the official Microsoft website or contacting Microsoft support directly. You can also explore the language settings within Microsoft products or platforms to see if Filipino (PH) is listed as an available language option. Keep in mind that Microsoft's language support may evolve, so checking the latest information from Microsoft is the most accurate way to determine current localization offerings.
There is no standard localization available in localization of d365 finance and operations, however there are nice ISV solution is available in Apps Source for the same.
Example- Philtax, Unify Dots etc.
