Canvas Page Not Displaying Content on Mobile App, But Visible on Desktop

Hello,

I created a Canvas page in Field Service and added it to the Field Service mobile app. When I open the app on my desktop, I can see the content of the page without any issues.
However, when I open the same page on my mobile phone's app, the screen appears blank — no content is visible.

I’ve tried the following troubleshooting steps:
  • Signed out and signed back in
  • Zoomed in and out, and tried adjusting the screen
  • Reinstalled the mobile app
  • Cleared cache
  • Checked if the new mobile experience is enabled
Despite these efforts, the issue persists. Has anyone experienced this or could point me in the right direction to resolve it?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Tricky, this is what I would do to troubleshoot this:
    1. Check App Orientation & Size Constraints

      • Sometimes, Canvas Apps don’t render properly on mobile if they aren't optimized for smaller screens.
      • Try switching between portrait and landscape mode to see if the content appears.
    2. Ensure the Canvas App is Set to Responsive Mode

      • If the app was designed with fixed dimensions, it might not resize properly on mobile.
      • In Power Apps Studio, go to Settings > Display and set it to Scale to fit.
    3. Confirm Field Service Mobile Version

      • If you're using an older version of the Field Service (Dynamics 365) mobile app, it might have issues rendering embedded Canvas Apps.
      • Try updating the app from the App Store/Google Play.
    4. Check Permissions & User Roles

      • Sometimes, embedded apps require additional permissions on mobile.
      • Make sure your security role has access to the Canvas App, and check if the app is shared correctly in Power Apps.
    5. Enable the New Mobile Experience (If Not Already)

      • You mentioned checking this, but just to confirm:
        • Go to Power Platform Admin Center → Environments
        • Open the correct environment
        • Under Settings → Features, enable New Mobile Experience for Field Service
    6. Try Running the Canvas App Standalone

      • Open Power Apps mobile and launch your Canvas App directly.
      • If it works there but not inside Field Service, the issue is with how the app is embedded.
    7. Check for Mobile-Specific Controls

      • Some controls behave differently on mobile vs desktop.
      • If you’re using things like galleries, forms, or media files, test if removing them temporarily makes the page load.

If none of the above works, try looking at Power Platform Admin Center logs or monitoring the app with the Power Apps Monitor tool to catch any mobile-specific errors.

Let me know if any of these help! 🚀

Since basic troubleshooting like reinstalling and cache-clearing didn’t help, check the Canvas app’s configuration like mobile display settings, OAuth, or iframe permissions and ensure the external app is mobile-optimized. Test it in the Salesforce Mobile App simulator on desktop, review debug logs, or reach out to Salesforce Support with specifics like app version and device type to pinpoint the glitch.

    HI,
Please check you have configured the required steps and user is assigned proper mobile security rights.

The below link might help you in terms of re-checking of configuration:
