I require a device-based license for a project involving a HoloLens 2 device. This license should enable users to access the Windows Remote Assist experience. I've discovered that there is a portal called /VLSC/ where you can purchase a /Dynamics 365 Remote Assist Device (Sub Per Device) License./ However, my current challenge is determining whether this device-based license has specific requirements, such as being limited to /Kiosk-Mode Users only/ or if such users are mandatory. I am seeking concrete evidence, but I have been unable to locate any information within Microsoft's articles.

    VLSC is a platform to buy licenses in bulk, the license you are talking about can't be found in detail in the admin center.
