I'm quite new to warehouse management in Business Central. I'm trying to configure a warehouse to work with FEFO. I also need to work with Warehouse Shipments and Pickings, but I don't get to a proper warehouse configuration to achieve this. Do I need to turn on Directed put-away and pick? I've read this is quite a complex warehouse configuration and I'd rather avoid it, if possible.

Also, I have created an Item tracking policy that looks like this:
When I buy a product from a Purchase Order, I select the Location and a Bin. Everything seems to be fine until now. The problem comes when I try to sell that item. I start by creating a Sales Order, I choose the item and location & bin where my item is stored. I release the SO and create a Warehouse shipment directly from this document. But when I try to create the picking, it returns me "Nothing to handle".
Somewhere I saw that you can only pick according to FEFO in bins located in zones with "Picking" checked. I don't know if this is true, but in case it is, do I need to have dedicated zones for receiving, picking and shipping?
Any help is much appreciated, I've been looking around for several days already, and none of my warehouse configurations seem to work. I tihnk it's a matter of not properly understanding some concepts.
