I created an email to send to contacts who registered for an event. After the contact has registered, my RTM journey will send them another email with an /Add to your calendar/ link. I also want to add the registrant's QR Code. I can't figure out how to find the right dynamic content to send the registrant's unique QR code. Here's what I have so far... but I don't think it's right.
I need to add the event and link it to the registrant's unique QR code... I can't seem to figure out that part. Any tips?
How to email an event registrant unique QR Code for check-in?
Hi, First of all, I apologize for taking so long between replies to your message. The situation you described also happened during our testing, we prepared two test environments, for the old test environment (without applying the second wave of 2023 update), the OBM Event can see the QR code displayed by clicking /Refresh QR Code/. But for RTM Event, no matter it is new or old environment, there is no response when clicking /Refresh QR Code/. We check the browser console and find that a request is sent when the button is clicked, and the response to the RTM Event is /NULL/.
We believe this may be an issue with the system itself, and recommend that you seek Microsoft technical support using the link below. https://admin.powerplatform.microsoft.com/support I hope my answer is helpful to you! Thanks for the reply. I'm using Outlook and I already trusted this email Domain... it might be because the QR feature isn't working for me in the event module. See Screenshot below
Do you know why it isn't working? I've created multiple events and the same thing keeps occurring. No QR code

Hi, Are you using the Microsoft Outlook application? According to our tests, the Outlook email app secures your computer and by default blocks the downloading of images, attachments, etc. from your email inbox. You can change this setting in /Microsoft Trust Center/.
Then you should refresh the email. I hope my answer is helpful to you! If you have any other questions, please feel free to contact me. Best Regards, Rudy Zhang

Hi, We analyzed your needs and thought you could try adding a QR code using /RTM Email/ and then sending it to the registrant using /Segmentation Based Journey/.
You can choose the content of the QR code link with the following options (for testing we chose /Event Registration Code/)
Here's what it looks like when the user receives the email
