I have same problem as here: Remove HTML from Case Description Upon Creating a New Case
Unfortunately that case is left unresolved. I have created a new environment twice now, with out of the box Dynamics 365 Customer Service. Both times when I create a case (this time from quick create form), the description field contains HTML code after saving. I entered this text into the form description: Testing Sla breach notifications

I feel like i don't want to be creating work arounds for something that seems to be broken by default. Also it would be nice if it was fixed for the future deployments. Can someone suggest where the fault lies? Again, I haven't made any customizations yet.
