Hiding Subjects under certain Parent Subjects for certain forms

Hi, has anyone managed to hide Subjects in the Subject/Case Type lookup depending on what form a user is using in a Dynamics 365 Model Driven App?
There isn't anything built in to the system to do this so i have been trying js but doesn#t work.
