That looks to me like a custom field, so this is not something that folks outside of your organization would likely have much information on the behavior or functionality around it. For reference, this is what an Out of Box Work Order Incident form looks like. It appears that your organization has some additional fields and cutomizations.

When you say that the "Date does not show in the history", where are you expecting to see this value? Is it that you want it to appear in a subgrid view of the Work Order Incident Types or somewhere else?

@Tom_Gioielli this is for a "work order incident". On the "incident start date" field. The field populates the date, but it date does not show in history. Please see below.

Can you provide a bit more information so we can maybe help you out?
    • Which table is this on? The Work Order, Booking, or somewhere else?
    • What is the specific field you are looking at? Is this a standard Out-of-Box field or is it a custom one?
    • What is the field supposed to be showing, and how is it populated?

With some more detail, hopefully someone here can help you figure out where the issue lies. Feel free to tag me in your response and I'll try and take a look.
