I have been able to create a Folder to use in Dynamics 365 Guides. But I can not use the folder to organize my resources. I can create new guides in the folder and also move the existents guides to the folder.

The problem is that the number of files used is starting to grow and without the posibility to use folders is all a mess.

Whenever I choose a resource, for example an image, I can not change the parent folder as you can see in my screenshot:

Acording the help on the subject is it possible to use the folder to organize either guides or resources, but I thing that is not possible for resources only for guides.
Could someone clarify the issue or point me in the right direcction.
Thanks in advance.

    Hi,

We have analyzed the information you have provided and unfortunately, we are unable to reproduce your issue.

Based on the image you provided we found that there is no /Parent Folder/ field in your Image form, you can check the form designer to add this field to the form.
If the field exists on your form, please check if it is hidden or locked.

Also, if this issue has affected your normal business, please contact Microsoft Technical Support using the link below.
