Customimzing "Your mailbox is now connected" message

HI all,

Many members of our organization have expressed disbelief when they received the notification - "Your mailbox is now connected to dynamics 365". A lot of people are worried about clicking on the links within the email. Mind you we're talking about "security aware" people. Some told me it was weird the "From" field was coming from the user's mailbox instead of the server and that they thought it was a phishing attempt.

Where would I be able to customize this email? Is it also possible to translate it? Some members of our organization only speak Russian.

Customimzing "Your mailbox is now connected" message

Hello,

You can customize and translate these email alerts by adjusting the email templates within Dynamics 365.

You can modify the content of system-generated emails by navigating to Settings -> Templates -> Email Templates. Look for the template related to mailbox synchronization and edit the From field or the content to provide more clarity and ensure it comes from a trusted source

To translate the email for different language users, you may need to create separate email templates in different languages.
