RE: Attachment Migration from CRM to Sharepoint

    Hi,

I am sure that’s the concern of many CRM users. Manually downloading attachments from CRM and uploading them to SharePoint using the SharePoint interface can be done! But this can be a time-consuming process, especially if you have a large number of attachments.

A faster way to migrate attachments from Microsoft CRM to SharePoint is by using a third-party migration tool that supports migrating attachments from CRM to SharePoint. Attach2Dynamics by Inogic is a popular tool that can be used to migrate files from CRM to SharePoint. It is a Microsoft Preferred Solution that provides seamless integration between Dynamics 365 CRM and SharePoint. With Attach2Dynamics, you can easily move attachments and notes from CRM to SharePoint, configure automated workflows and manage documents in SharePoint directly from within CRM. Attach2Dynamics also supports bulk migration and has various features that simplify the migration process and makes your attachment process within CRM hassle free.

Sign up for a free trial of Attach2Dynamics to sync your Dynamics 365 CRM with the configured cloud storage, substantially save costs and sustain performance.

After migration if data security is a concern then you should check out our SharePoint Security Sync, even this allows users to migrate documents in bulk between Dynamics 365 CRM and SharePoint, which helps to free up more space in Dynamics 365 CRM. Apart from migration, SharePoint Security Sync does a lot more! Users can enjoy a seamless integration experience between the two systems by sync security privileges, customize SharePoint document library structure, create hierarchy for SharePoint attachments/documents etc.

You can sign up for a free trial to migrate your attachments quickly and more efficiently. For more details on SharePoint Security Sync or Attach2Dynamics, contact crm@inogic.com and book a free demo for the same.

    Thanks!

RE: Attachment Migration from CRM to Sharepoint

    Hello,

Depending on your needs, you can easily move various email attachments and files, such as note attachments, Email attachments, and Sales literature attachments, from Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM to respective folders on multiple cloud storages (SharePoint, Azure Blob Storage, and Dropbox) in real-time.

Once you configures to copy/move email attachments for ‘Email’ entity, then whenever you sends or receives emails, the attachments will be automatically moved to the respective folders in cloud storage.

Move Note Attachments: Similarly, you can copy/move note attachments to respective entity folders on cloud and leave a link to the folder path in the note body within Dynamics 365 CRM.

Move Email Attachments: To save storage space in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, you can Copy/Move Email Attachments from Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM to Email attachment folder on cloud storages in real time and leave a link to the folder within CRM for users to easily access the files without switching between cloud storages and CRM, helping save time and storage space.
