We use Dynamics D365 CRM to record our support cases. I am able to extract details of my cases in excel format. I need to know whether there is a way to auto sync excel file without manually exporting it every day?
Apologies for late response. Dynamic Worksheet option is not functioning for me. Refresh data removes all information from excel file. I have gone through below article but it is also not helping me in my scenario.
Export your app data to an Excel dynamic worksheet to get the most up-to-date information from your app.
--On the command bar, select the Export to Excel menu and then select Dynamic Worksheet.
When you export your data to an Excel dynamic worksheet and then make changes to your data in the app, you can use the refresh feature in Excel to get the latest information from the app.
