An error occurs whenever trying to add a contact. What could be causing this?     [Microsoft.Crm.DuplicateDetection: Microsoft.Crm.PersistMatchcodesPlugin]

    Check if the contact already exist in your database, within another account.

    - Try disabling momentarely Duplicate Detection and see if you still receive the error.

    - Settings - System - Data Management - Duplicate Detection settings - When a record is created or updated -- uncheck.

    You may want to reach out MS Support.

    Check also for updates for your version.
