Hi there
 
We are searching for the possibility to share extended and saved filterings while preparation a filtered processing of SSRS reports.
On views it is easy to create personalizations and to share them by using the administrator's role. 
We see no way to export personalizations. Also there is no possibilty to find reports in the user personalization area.
Who can help us?

    Hi Georg,
     
    The report queries are stored in the table SysLastValue and can be viewed via User Options > Usage data with record type UserSetupQuery.
    There is no support out of the box to copy these to other users or perform an export and import. You might consider a customization to copy these settings to other users or depending on the number of occasions manually create these per user.

    Hi,
     
    You can't share the filtering, and sorting using personalization in SSRS report, if you want specific filters, you can do it using the Query ranges, in AOT query that is used in the report.
