Voice command digital bulletin board for the home

I'm turning 65 I can't keep up with technology in the body's wearing down I would like to know if there's a bulletin board where I can just talk and it would digitally write it out so I can see it technologies
80 or 81 we had a TRS model 80 over the time I've learned to keep up with technology but I'm slowing down and this would be a great idea for the elderly at home and the kids coming up now if they keep it up they might be able to keep up technology but my brother could not

    I’m turning 65, and I can’t keep up with technology the way I used to. My body is wearing down, and learning new systems has become harder over time. Back in 1980 or 1981, we had a TRS-80, and over the years I managed to keep up as technology changed, but now I’m slowing down. I wish there were a simple bulletin board where I could just talk and have my words written out digitally so I can see them. Something like that would be a great idea for seniors at home, and also helpful for kids growing up with technology. If they keep learning early, they may be able to keep up better than we did. Sadly, my brother was never able to keep up with technology at all.    E-ZPass Virginia

    Are you looking for a program that will convert your speech into text? There's a feature built into your computer that can accomplish this. 
     
    If you are using Microsoft Word, for example, you can select the "Dictate" button under the home tab.
