I posted a worker using Odata in Worker Entity but not able to see in front end.

I posted a worker using Odata in Worker Entity but not able to see in front end. I am told we need to also post Employment details after we post a worker. Can someone help with finding the right entity for it, and also a sample payload will go a long way. I tried hitting /data/EmploymentDetails(PersonnelNumber='APIWO44RKER006'). But getting error saying 
"Message": "No HTTP resource was found that matches the request URI '/data/EmploymentDetails(PersonnelNumber='APIWO44RKER006')'. No route data was found for this request."

    the entity key have another fields, which must be entered in the OData key !
     
    /data/EmploymentDetails(PersonnelNumber='APIWO44RKER006',LegalEntityId='YourLegalEntity',EmploymentStartDate=2019-10-01T00:00:00Z,EmploymentEndDate=2023-12-31T22:59:59Z,ValidFrom=2019-10-01T00:00:00Z,ValidTo=2024-01-10T10:00:05Z)
