Opening Links to any https://dynamicspartners.transform.microsoft.com site from Dynamics 365 Partner Hub shows blank pages for me and a colleague, but displays the relevant content for another colleague.  For the colleague who successfully accesses the content, the Login icon works and displays the profile name.  For those where it doesn't work, clicking on the login icon does nothing.
 
This is a website/permissions issue in that I have tried from various devices, browser sessions, incognito, etc. and have the same results.

    You can mention someone @PSCJohnM, however, its still sometimes buggy. Refreshing the page does help

    I've tried private window, other browsers, other devices, etc., and I am the IT department!

    Hi Sohail Ahmed, Thanks for your response (pretty awful that this forum doesn't allow me to reference your profile or reply to your comment, but anyway...).
     
     
    I'm already an Incentive Viewer for the organisation.
     
    I don't have an 'MPN Partner Admin' role option but wouldn't want that to be assigned to all our Commercial Team anyway.  The Commercial Team just need access to download the provided material not administer the Partner relationship...!
     
    I've tried raising a Support request from the Partner portal (it was with the new AI bot but I don't think MPN - Microsoft Partner Network was a category?) - so far they have told me that we are Indirect resellers and the request needs to be raised by the Direct reseller on our behalf - so I am down that rabbit hole at the moment.

    For the Transform portal issue:

     

    Most likely cause: Missing Partner Center roles.

     

    Fix:


    1. Have Global Admin assign you MPN Partner Admin or Incentives Admin role in Partner Center

    2. Wait 30 minutes

    3. Clear browser cache and retry


    4.  
     

    If that fails: Submit Partner Center support ticket under "MPN - Microsoft Partner Network" category.

    Hi,
     
    It does work for me. I would try it to open in a private window, use a different browser and\or contact your IT department first.
     
    If nothing works I would contact Microsoft, just in case the blocked certain IP addresses for some reason.
