Unfortunately, it seems that Social Media (posting) is no longer included when installing Real-time Marketing or the new Customer Insights Journey. Is there no plan to incorporate this into Real-time Marketing?

Unfortunately according to this Microsoft documentation, there are currently no plans to incorporate this feature into real-time.
