Hi everyone,

How to add rich text html to email/email templates in MS Dynamics CRM 2016 Online? Is it a Out-Of-Box feature or should I download an HTML editor for the same?

Its not yet an OOB feature, you can use the following methods:

But I have gone through the link below. It says that this is an OOB feature. But it is not working for me.

it never worked for me too.

In the URL you specified, it seems to be of CRM 2015 and not 2016.

The URL clearly says, its no where documented but it works, that might be a trick which worked for some. Otherwise Microsoft must have notified everyone; which is not the case. My second URL clearly says, you cannot directly insert images or HTML but you can copy from IE.

"Although you cannot insert images or HTML directly into Dynamics 365 email messages or email templates, you can use the copy feature in Internet Explorer to copy an image from a website and paste it into the email message or email template. The image is available as long as the website is accessible."

This email editor is available in the Unified Interface of Dynamics 365 v9.0.
