How can we utilize Tiles on a dashboard to manage our Opportunities in Dynamic 365 instead of list views?

We would like to have each opportunity as a tile that would live under it's stage in the sales process on a dashboard.

Each tile should be drag and drop, editable, oldest at the top, click into and give 3-4 key pieces of information regarding that opportunity.

this could be used on a large screen to help with visualization for the whole team.
