Power BI Tile cannot connect

Hi,

 

My issue is equal Business Central and Power BI related..

 

My colleague cannot connect from D365 Business Central to Power BI via the embedded Power BI Tile.

I have isolated the issue to being credential-related.

 

The below guide concludes that I need to reset the reports as seen in the below image.

However, that option is greyed out in my client..

 

How can i enable the Reset button?

    Hi, Is it a permission issue? I suggest trying the Super user first.
