My issue is equal Business Central and Power BI related..
My colleague cannot connect from D365 Business Central to Power BI via the embedded Power BI Tile.
I have isolated the issue to being credential-related.
The below guide concludes that I need to reset the reports as seen in the below image.
However, that option is greyed out in my client..
