Need to change approval notification email receiver

We have an  approval email notification setup so it sends an email to 2 specific email addresses from email address specified in SMTP setup.
 
A new vendor bank account approval request has been created by XXXX
 
I can't figure out where to find these 2 email addresses being configured as "Send to", they are not attached to users specified in Approval User Setup.
 
I am getting lost in Navision UI and need some guidance on where I could find an answer to my question.

    Hello,
     
    If I understood correctly, you are looking for e-mails from Vendors to which SMTP will send e-mails?
    If this is the case, then check the Vendor Card, tab Communication and field Email, if these emails matches the ones you are looking for.
     
    All native functionalities will send email-s from Customer/Vendor cards.
    I doubt that it is linked with the workflows because it would be a lot of work to define all emails for vendors in the workflows.

    The first thing to check is the emails in the Approval User Setup.
     
    Additionally, if any customization is included, it was probably written directly into the code by the developer. I suggest asking a developer to debug this.
