Change interval of entity booking

Hello everyone !
I have a requirement and don't know if it's possible. I need to change the interval of entity booking (lead) from 30 minutes to 15 minutes. I have started looking into the 'fulfilment preferences', but it seems that we're only able to associate it to a requirement directly, and not to an entity booking metadata setting.

Is there a way to do that, or do we have to set up a requirement associated to a fulfillment preference beforehand ?

Thank you for your answers in advance.

You can do it, you will just need to auto populate it with some automation yourself

    Just follow the steps below:

    Hi,

    I'm afraid that's not possible.
You can set the length of each time period in the Booking Setup Metadata.

However, it cannot be modified for booking time slots.

But you can create a new idea through the below URL, then ask your colleagues to raise up the votes.

Our product team has direct visibility of these ideas and they will implement it on the basis of the highest number of votes received.
