Hello, I am trying to figure out how to make financial reports available to certain teams of people and have not figured it out yet any suggestions? Thanks!

Yes, you can assign roles to users who can access the financial reports,

Go to: General ledger > Inquiries and reports > Financial reports

Open the report definition you want to restrict.

Click Report > Report definition > Security (or open in Report Designer if available).

Add specific Active Directory users or security groups.

Set them as Viewers, Designers, or Generators depending on their role.

Hi,

Can you clarify if your question is about reports created for the Financial reporter or if you want to limit the options in the Inquiries and Reports part of the General Ledger menu?

If you are asking about the management reporter(Financial Reports) , you can do security setup in the Management Reporter Module.
