Prorated Monthly Salary

Hello. My company has what I believe to be a fairly unique way of handling mid month payroll. We pay our salary non-exempts in the middle of the month in addition to the end of the month due to the Texas payday Law. Since we consider them to have a monthly salary we prorate their monthly salary based on the percent of the month covered by the 1st-15th (the number of workdays will vary by month obviously). It appears that most off the shelf systems will only allow for a "mid-month salary" which is not the same as what we are doing (i.e. most systems pay 1/24 of yearly salary for mid-month; we are paying a pro-rata share of 1/12). Does SL have the ability to handle our needs or are there any 3rd party add-ons that will allow for it? Thanks!

    that is pretty unique!

The only thing I could think of, short of writing your own customization, would be to figure a DAILY salary and do a mass change once a month.  Then pay them a "per unit" salary -- but with a lot of employees, that would not work, of course.
