"Choose File" button greyed out when trying to uploaded 3D Object in Power Apps -> Guides

Question:  We are trying to uploaded some of our custom 3D Objects/Models to be used within our Dyn365 Guides, but when we go to the Power Apps -> Guides tool, the /CHOOSE FILE/ button is greyed out (see Yellow Circle below).  We used to be able to do this, why is the button now greyed out?

    Hi,
     
    This is because they are all set to read-only.
    Therefore, please uncheck this option for them in the Form Designer.
     
    Now the “Choose File” button is no longer grayed out and works properly.
