Opportunity Score is not showing, even after successfully configure the Opportunity scoring model??

Hi All,
 
I have Configured a opportunity scoring model, and model is showing ready to publish. I have published it and added the Opportunity scoring model on Opportunity form level, but score is not showing for Open opportunities.
