We have enabled twilio integration to send SMS. It is working as expected. We want to migrate existing SMS records sent via third party application into OOB SMS.
can help identifying the entity where SMS records are stored to prepare mapping files for migration?

    Hi,

SMS activities are classified as interaction data, so you can't access a table directly to get them.
You can export interactions to a .CSV file for further analysis or reporting.
