Hi Experts, We have added some new forms in AX 2012 and its working file.
Now we need to disable those menuitems for some legal entity, it should be enable for only one legal entity.

You can grant security roles for the users for specific companies.
This is how you can fulfill your requirement.
In the User form, in User's roles tab page, select some role and click Assign organizations button. This way you can grant this role only for selected company / companies.

Let me try it out .
In case the requirement is not specific one company, but related to a country, you can also add countries in the CountryRegion property of the menu item. Anyway, the solution provided by Nikolaos will also work.
