Environment Setup for CRM. couldn't load assembly or file Microsoft.xrm.sdk version 9.0.0.0 or one of its dependencies getting run time error

Dear Team,

I'm trying to do environmental setup, every time im getting runtime error. though i have installed different nuget version and target framework has been changed.

I need to set up the environment. 

Note: the code which im trying to setup is already running in other machine.
