Unable to bring purchase requisition placeholders into power automate

Hello everyone,

In Dynamics 365 I need to change the format of the purchase requisition approval email. However, when I do this via the system template, I cannot add tables etc. That's why I wanted to use power automate. However, I could not bring the placeholders (Purchase requisition number, purchase unit, currency, workflow originator etc. ) that are present in the purchase reqisition workflow to the approval email in power automate. I would be very happy if you could help me on how to do this.

Thank you very much in advance.

Hello @Adis, thank you for your suggestion but I know that method. There is something wrong with the Purchase requisition details. I can't bring them into Power Apps.

    Hi,

When you create a workflow, business events will be created as well. For each workflow, 3 business events will be created.

I just selected a random one here. I would advise to use the Workflow workitem in Power automate as it gives you the most information about the workflow, f.e. the workflow originator.

In Power automate the trigger is a business event (1). So when a workflow is submitted, it will trigger the flow.
Here (1), you can select the workitem for your workflow I mentioned above.
You need to Parse it as a JSON (2) and then you can select it in the mail.

    Kind regards, Adis
