Unable to setup the Onboarding App properly in Powerapps

Hi,

We have installed the onboarding app (US/UK Preview) under the 'Microsoft Cloud Solution Center - Financial Services'.
However, we are unable to insert any data into the app since we are unable to link to external tables for data storing. 

Due to this, the app is showing 'Unable to connect to datastore' error in Powerapps.

Please help.
