Hi, after completing all the steps mentioned in the documentation here https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/training/modules/training-environment-preparation/4-deploy-cloud - the solution deployment fails with the following error. what may be the reason?

Sorry, the deployment can't proceed because of an issue with regional availability. Please file a case with your support team, including the correlation ID - 5458685a-5922-40ab-8c03-4aaffdefddba.

Also, the page mentions that "If your new license includes deployment on a Dataverse-based environment, please wait about 8 hours after purchase for the system to be ready for set-up. During that time, you won't be able to deploy solutions on any regional environments"

We have taken care and waited for a longer time before re-trying the solution deployment. Any idea how to resolve it?
