Getting error when posting sales statement. The rounding amount '110.00' is more than the allowed '0.50' for store '000003'.
As per policy, we cannot increase this rounding amount. How does system calculates this amount and how can we resolve this issue
What is the qty and the amount invoiced?
Is this an invoice for $110?
Do you have any other information for us that might help understanding this issue better?
For example: What message do you see in the error message, etc.
In Dynamics 365 for Retail, we had a similar issue. It can be caused by the setting of the allowed rounding on the general ledger parameters. We had issued a support incident for Microsoft. In our case there was a check if the rounding amount on the GL was larger than the POS transaction. Then it caused this error. We solved it setting a maximum rounding of 0.01 or 0.02.
You can check LCS issue search if there is a known issue for AX 2012 and possibly a hotfix.
