Hello,

I am from Dycotrade and want to have backup of the production from World steel trade

The environment is now disabled, because of stopping the license. Can you make a backup and put this in the asset library.

The environment is :

Backup from the production

Hi,

It is recommended that you raise a support ticket to the Microsoft Official to contact the product engineers to extend the license so that you can back up your environment data.
