Does anyone know how to have the alphabet show under contacts and accounts?

I am pasting in a visual with my lame paint skills to show the area that I am referring to at the bottom of the contacts/accounts page. I like to sort accounts alphabetically when we are sending out bulk emails and I no longer can see the alphabet that was previously showing along the bottom of the page. Does anyone know how to fix this?

    Hi,

Here are two solutions which can achieve your request.

    Solution 1:

Go to Advanced Settings > Customizations > Customize the system > Entities > Select the entity you want to customize > Controls > Add Control > Select “Power Apps Grid” and then enable the Jump bar setting > Save & Publish the changes.

    Solution 2:

Adding '&flags=FCB.PcfDatasetGrid%3Dfalse' to the address bar behind your URL in the view page, which can turn off the new grids.
