Customer Engagement Migration of on premise to online CRM:
Currently Live on premise environment (Till Op2OL migration completed) and migrated online sandbox environment pointing to same Exchange online with bidirectional synchronization is enabled for tasks, appointments and contacts and email tracking is enabled from Dynamics 365 App.
Only thing we will use only few mailboxes profile for sandbox online environment.
All other user in sandbox, probably we will deactivate it as they will not have access for CRM
Can you see any impact of this as Microsoft says, any changes in exchange or CRM, will impact end user profile in term of appointment and task/contacts ?
