I am running an older version of RMS 2.0.100. I am receiving an /unknown error/ when printing receipts to my Star TSPII printer. I have two printers and they both work from register 1 and neither works from register 2. It's not hardware. I upgraded to windows 10 on register 2 so I would guess that has something to do with the problem. I think it's a config issue but I have no idea how to fix it. Any suggestions? Thanks, Robyn
