Not able to install "Education Solution - Higher Ed Apps" in my environment

I am running Trial Power Platform Admin Center (PPAC) where I have created an environment to install Higher Education Accelerator for demo.

In PPAC, I went to Resources >> Dynamics 365 apps >> Education Solution – Higher Ed Apps and then Install.

In the environment, it seems that installation is going on but nothing happens. After sometime, the line disappears. Can you please guide me what is going wrong? I installed Customer Insights for test and that went alright.

Please install this accelerator from AppSource: https://appsource.microsoft.com/en-us/product/web-apps/mshied.edusolution

We will check with PM team on this PPAC.
