ReportReport

Hello,

A client scheduled to send an email at 3:30 pm EST, but it got sent at 8:30 pm instead. See the image below.

When I check the analytics of the Journey, it displays 20:32 UTC, which is equivalent to 3:30 EST. Please refer to the image below:

Which analytics report is correct? Also, how can I change the Time zone for the email Journey? The Journey time zone is set to EST in the settings.

Thanks

We see the same discrepency in our system. The global default journey timing is set to ET. Individual journeys are set to ET.

Delivery report via Journeys is always in GMT.
Delivery report via Email > Insights tab is always in ET.

There are other places throughout the system where times randomly show in GMT like on the Imports listing.

Very frustrating that there can't be a universal time zone setting that applies accurately across all part of the environment.

The timezone was set up correctly but the insight reporting is in UTC for some reason. Even my settings with D365 is set to Est

Thanks @Leah Ju. (is there a way to tag the previous post?)

I appreciate your help, but there seems to be a discrepancy between the Journey report and the Email insight stats. Despite the timezone, the Journey report indicates that the email was sent on time, while the Email Insight stats show that it was sent hours later. Do you have any insight on that?
